Originally called The Diplomats, from Washington, D.C. and comprising Ervan Waters, Samm Culley, Tom Price and William Collier. They went on to become The Skullsnaps with the line up of Ervan Waters, George Bragg and Sam Culley releasing their classic album on “GSF” records in 1973 before slowly disappearing.
