Agatha Nathalia Weston was born on December 20th, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan, and was signed to Motown in 1961, scoring a hit with “Love Me All the Way” and recording some great and successful singles and albums for the label. Weston left Motown in 1967 and sued the label over royalties. She went to “MGM” records, cut a couple of singles, made an album for the label. She recorded several more records for various labels, including Stax/Volt, but with no chart success. This cracking tune from 1963 has a little biro on the label and some superficial wear, whilst retaining gloss, conservatively graded in VG+ condition, worth checking out the flip
