James Duncan was from Macon, GA and initially recorded for the “Gene” records, then “Charay” records before joining “King” records where he recorded many tracks in the 1960’s and 1970’s, whilst remaining in the Macon area. This gem from 1970 is a great example of a Northern soul track with a “Southern” feel, backed with an equally great Soul side “You’ve Gotta Be Strong” – Worth checking out!! The disc has a “drill hole” otherwise conservatively graded in VG++ condition
